After twelve years studying and practising Kung Fu, I became fascinated by the internal side of this martial art.  This led me to undertake the practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, which uses breath control and movement to influence the flow of Qi throughout the body.  It was whilst doing this that I noticed a huge improvement in my own health and well-being.  I was astounded by the change in myself, and that fascination led me to a career in acupuncture.

Having trained for four years at the internationally renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, affiliated with Kingston University,  I qualified with a BSc (Hons) degree and a Licentiate of Acupuncture (LicAc). This college specialises in combining the Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) styles of acupuncture.
